Bhutan glacial lake burst puts Bengal and Assam on flood alert, 10,000 moved
An estimated 7.4 million cubic metres escaped Shintaphu Lake in Gasa district, and Alipurduar police say 4,000 to 5,000 people are sheltering in school buildings.
